AccessCore

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-08 · These terms govern use of the AccessCore platform by internet service providers and hotspot operators ("you", "the Operator").

DRAFT — under review. Not yet the final published terms.

1. The service

AccessCore provides a multi-tenant billing and access-management platform for internet service providers and Wi-Fi hotspot operators, including subscriber and voucher management, RADIUS-based network authentication, captive-portal payments, and related tools ("the Service"). We provide the software and platform; you operate your own internet business on it and are responsible for your own network, pricing, and customers.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for all activity under your account, including your team members and agents. You must keep credentials secure and enable available security features (such as two-factor authentication). You must be legally able to operate an internet or reseller business in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to enable fraud, to send unlawful communications, to interfere with the platform or other tenants, or to resell access in a way that violates your upstream provider's terms or local telecommunications regulation. We may suspend activity that threatens the platform's integrity or other tenants.

4. Fees & billing

Platform fees follow the pricing you accepted at signup (see the pricing page). Metered fees are calculated from your actual usage — active subscribers and access activations — and are charged from your platform wallet (prepaid) or by monthly invoice (postpaid, where granted). A free tier applies below the published thresholds. Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Detailed, itemised statements are available in your console.

5. Wallet, suspension & your customers

If your platform wallet is exhausted, a grace period applies before new plan and voucher creation is paused; extended non-payment may further pause new sales. Your existing end-customers are never disconnected because of your platform balance — subscribers inside a paid period keep their service. Topping up restores full function immediately.

6. Your customers' data

You are the controller of your subscribers' personal data; AccessCore processes it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for your own privacy notices to your customers. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and back up your data, but it is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee unless a separate service-level agreement is signed. Live status is published at https://app.access-core.org/status.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, for non-payment after notice, or where required by law. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted per our retention schedule.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AccessCore's aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost revenue arising from network, payment-provider, or connectivity failures outside our control.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-console or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Questions: [email protected].
